Many of us play in soccer leagues week in and week out throughout the year, but how often do we take the time to practice to improve our game? Weekly training will raise your level of your play, and enhance your overall soccer experience. You'll develop better ball control, sharpen technical skills, improve decision making, and build and maintain conditioning during the season.

Our training is open to all women players 18+. You don't need to be a WWSL player to participate, but you do need an NCASA Player Pass. Sessions are designed to accommodate all experience levels - beginner, intermediate and advanced.
You'll work individually, and also in rondos, small groups, and 1v1, 2v2, 3v3 game scenarios. In training, we'll focus on:
Dribbling
-Passing
-Ball control
-Body positioning
-Feints
-Turns
-Offensive and defensive tactics
-Finishing
